About Me
My name is Reema (she/her) and I'm an online mental health therapist for adults and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with people who are ADHD, autistic, and/or have anxiety, OCD, chronic pain and trauma.
I prefer an empathetic, open and collaborative approach to my work, with a focus on compassion and freedom of expression without judgment. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and talk therapy. I've worked as a play therapist for children and draw on my experience with kids with inner child healing work for adults through play, drama, art, and somatic work if this is accessible to you.
